If you’ve ever wondered what’s the ideal October, it’s exploring nature in Spain with good people. My friends and I walked the Camino for 9 days — over 280 km from Sarria to Fisterra. It ended up being a really good experience and quite different from any trip I’ve done before.

My focus this summer wasn’t on losing weight or bulking. The priority was simple — balanced eating and feeling good.
I train almost every day — some EMOMs with kettlebells, a bit of boxing, bodyweight strength work, animal flows, swimming, and sometimes running. It’s a hybrid style, so I wanted to have enough energy without feeling heavy.
The result? About 3000 calories per day, steady energy all day long, and no afternoon crash. I also spend around 3000 calories a day, so I usually end up maintaining my weight.
